How to stop being Workaholic?
Being a workaholic is no longer thought of as being a good thing. We now know that workaholics are less productive, have poorer health at work, live shorter lives and are unhappier than their co-workers with a good life and work balance. So here are some tips for you to stop being Workaholic:
- Do not bring work home and also try to consciously shut off thoughts of work when at home.
- Manage your time well so that you complete all your work within office hours.
- Take a few days off in a year, go to your native place or visit a new place with your family.
- Remember, Work is an important part of life but you can only enjoy it if you balance family and work.
