How to take care for eyes naturally?
Our eyes are often the first area of our bodies to show signs that we have been pushing ourselves too hard. The most common eye complaints are redness, fatigue, dark circles and swelling around and beneath the eyelids. Here we will address simple and inexpensive ways to remedy these problems naturally.
- Grate half a cucumber, strain it and keep in the fridge to cool. Take two pieces of cotton wool dipped in rosewater and the cold cucumber juice and place these on your eyes this will relax your eyes, cucumber juice will also lighten the darkened area around the eyes, especially when combined with lemon juice.
- Prepare black tea and allow it to cool. Soak cotton is cold tea and use as eye pads.
- Crush mint and apply around eyes. This will reduce Dark circle around the eyes.
- To maintain eye-health and lower eye tension, there are several easy exercises. For the self lubrication of eyes, either blink your eyes rapidly for fifty times or rotate eye balls in complete circle, first clockwise and then anti clockwise, several times.
