Eyes need a special diet, especially as one grows old and the body begins to lose its ability to produce enough vitamins to take care of one’s eyesight! Your parent’s body requires an adequate intake of Vitamin A, B2, DHA and EHA and Magnesium to maintain good eyesight and prevent vision problems during old age!
