Is dark chocolate a super food?

Rejoice one and all, as finally chocolate makes it to the super foods list! Dark Chocolate is the bitter variety of cocoa which contains Flavanol and anti-oxidants. When eaten in moderation, it is also known to reduce the body’s LDL cholesterol levels. The dark chocolate variety also contains lesser calories than the normal chocolate, plus it’s a known fact that dark chocolate is an aphrodisiac!
