Are your genes making you fat?

Have you ever met someone who said they are fat because it’s genetic? You probably have. Do you think you can be fat because of your genes? But, we don’t think that you should just blame your genetics for being fat, and let it be as we overlook our fast paced lifestyles, irregular eating schedules, lack of activity and many other factors that are secretly contributing to the bulge on our waists!.
