How many cups of tea should one drink in a day?

Regular drinking of two to three cups of tea throughout the day seems to be ideal. According to sources, 2 to 3 servings of brewed tea helps in maintaining the body balance throughout the day and keeping a person alert and active. Whereas too much of tea leads to mood swings, headaches, depression, fatigue etc. And it would have a diuretic effect on the body.
