The Special K Challenge is a 2-week challenge that the Kellogg Company initiated to help people jump start better eating habits. It’s a simple eating plan that Kellogg does not call a diet. It focuses on nutrition and healthy eating. It is nutritious and provides you with protein and fibre that you require.

 Here is the way-Kellogg’s K is supposed to be eaten in place of two meals in the day, preferably the breakfast and lunch or dinner. Remember, it has to be eaten replacing the meals and not to be eaten along with it. Kellogg’s specify that this diet has to be supplemented with 30 minutes of moderate exercise every day. But following it without exercise might lose the muscle weight in your body. You need good amount of aerobic exercise to supplement it.
