Can fiber really help me lose weight?

Fibre in itself contains no calories; what’s more that it prevents us from adding weight. Fiber adds bulk to whatever we eat. Also it stays in the stomach for long making us feel full for long. Hence we end up eating less. A regular intake of fibre prevents you from over eating and gaining weight.
