The crying need of the Health care domain in India (as in most other parts of the world) today is for an all-encompassing catalyst that will integrate the different players and facets into one integrated whole and offer this through an empathetic and efficient single point contact to the end user. The user today is constrained to independently and parallelly process transactions with multitude of agencies – curative health service providers, continuing health adherence facilitators, providers of wellness and positive health and, underlying all this, health care finance processes like health insurance.
My Medimanage is not just the first and only such catalyst in this domain, but has already and clearly defined its route map ahead. While duplicating bits and pieces of what we do would be possible – and honestly yes, is being done – to replicate the whole in complete integrity is pretty difficult for others, and will take ages..
